We are honored that you chose Palace Princess Parties and Events for your next event. To ensure that the event is a success, please look over the information below. After looking over the information, sign and date the document stating that you understand all terms.

 

Please Schedule your party at least 2 weeks in advance of your desired party date. We will do our best to accommodate any date requests. The earlier you book, the smother and easier the planning process will be.

 

When you agree to our contract give us permission to utilize your child’s image with our princesses and superheros.(ONLY the image and or video will be used. No other information is shared). Your child’s safety and well-being is extremely important to us, therefore we do not share any other personal information about you or your child.

 

We may post the pictures taken at the parties here on this site, and /or on our social media pages. If you would like to opt out of this, please let us know BEFORE signing the contract. That way we can provide you with a separate contract, modified for your needs.

 

$15 Will be charged if the character is kept 15 minutes or more past the scheduled time.

 

All of our characters require a Character Host /assistant to come to the scheduled party and assist them with games and activities.

 

We are not responsible for a child’s bad behavior and / or their unwillingness to participate in the activities. We do our best to include every child and try to ensure that they all are having a good time, but we cannot control them if they are uninterested in the performers being there. We kindly ask that you monitor and attend to any children that do not want to participate. This way we can provide the best party experience for the rest of the children attending.

 

We please ask that throughout the duration of the party while the characters are present, please turn down the music, TV, etc, so there are no distractions.

 

Client will agree to not to book other character entertainment companies for the party unless they have gotten approval from Palace Princess Parties and Events.

 

LATE PAYMENTS: if clients do not pay the due amount after 4 days of the party, a $2 fee will be charged each day it goes unpaid. Not applicable to businesses that must process through their accounting firm.

 

This agreement releases Palace Princess Parties and Events from all liability relating to injuries that may occur during hired events.

 

Cancellations must be NO later than 48 hours before your scheduled party. In case of severe weather or unforeseen circumstances or illness, Palace Princess Parties and Events reserves the right to reschedule your party.

 

If a client chooses to cancel a party due to weather, unforeseen circumstances, or illness, the client may reschedule the event for a date up to a month from the original event date based on availability.

 

It is important that you keep in contact with us. If the client does not cancel an event and PPP shows up to their event, they will still be charged up to half of the original amount.

 

If a character arrives late, they will stay for the full time duration scheduled. That way you still get the entire party experience.

 

If a performer feels they are in an uncomfortable or dangerous situation they have the right to leave any party or event without a refund.

 

Deposits are non-refundable

 

DAMAGE: We understand accidents happen, however, the client may be held responsible for excessive damage sustained to costumes and property of Palace Princess Parties and Events during the clients event. The cost to replace or repair damaged/broken costumes or materials will be billed to the client.

 

Discipline and Non-participation: The performer is responsible for the flow of the event and activities. The client is responsible for monitoring disruptive behavior and attending to any child who does not want to participate.

 

Adults at Events: We ask that the parent(s) or guardian(s) of the birthday child please stay for the duration of the party to attend to the possible needs of the children. Adults are welcome to stay and enjoy the performance, but we ask that onlookers keep the noise level to a minimum so that the children do not get distracted and can adequately hear instructions from the performers.

 

Gratuity: The package price does not include gratuity for the performer. Gratuity goes directly to the performer and their helper.
